Finnair starts flights between Helsinki in Shanghai

Finnair has permission to restart flights between Helsinki and Shanghai. Starting from 23 July Finnair will fly between the two cities. The flight will be operated once a week. Finnair will fly with the Airbus A350 (see photo). For passengers the extra safety and health measures still apply.

Borders re-opened

Finland has re-opened its borders for work-related travel from China. Access to China is still restricted by the government, but flights are starting up again. Finnair currently flies to 24 European destinations, including Amsterdam Airport and Brussels Airport. In total Finnair flies to 30 destinations. Around 80 to 90 flights are operated daily.
