Air Belgium to start flights from Brussels to Curacao
At the end of this year Air Belgium will start operating flights from Brussels Airport to Curacao. In first instance it was the intention to start flights to Curacao in October. However, the plans have been changed and the flights will start around 15 December. The flights will be twice a week with a stopover in Punta Cana on the outward flight. The flight is operated with the Airbus A330 NEO.
Airbus A330 NEO
There is room for 286 passengers on board the Airbus A330 NEO. These are divided over business, premium economy and economy class. Air Belgium has chosen to fly from Brussels Airport to be interesting for the Dutch market as well. On flights to Curacao Air Belgium will cooperate with Corendon.
The new Airbus A330 NEO planes will replace the A340-300 planes of Air Belgium. Air Belgium will soon dispose of 2 new A330 NEO aircraft. From the end of October Air Belgium will resume flights to Martinique and Guadeloupe from Charleroi Airport. On these flights Air Belgium continues to fly with the A340.
