KLM resumes flights to Dubai

From 1 July, KLM will be operating flights between Amsterdam Airport and Dubai. At this moment only cargo flights are being operated. Due to the opening of the borders, there is now also room for passenger flights. KLM will operate a daily flight using the Boeing 777-200ER (see photo). Air France will fly 3 times a week to Dubai. Air France uses the Airbus A350-900.

Dubai has started a media campaign together with Emirates to get tourism back on track. Emirates has been operating passenger flights between Dubai and Amsterdam Airport for several weeks now. The travel advice between the Netherlands and Dubai is currently only for necessary journeys, but will be adjusted early next month. See the promotional video of Emirates below.
