TUI resumes holiday flights in June

At the end of June TUI will start again with some holiday flights. TUI’s top man reported this to the German newspaper ‘Rheinische Post’ in a short interview. By starting with holiday flights in June, TUI still wants to take advantage of the current holiday season. The holiday season is not yet lost and several European countries have already announced that they want to receive tourists again. TUI’s announcement comes just after a number of Southern European countries have announced to relax measures. Tourism will be possible this summer.

Holiday in Spain

According to TUI, one of the first destinations will be the Spanish island of Mallorca. The Spanish authorities have announced that they will be the first to relax measures in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. It would again be possible to book a holiday in Spain from the beginning of July. Besides Spain, TUI also mentions destinations such as Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia and Austria. These countries could probably also be visited in July. It will probably be mandatory to wear a face mask during the flight. Check Airports and hotels for more information about airports and hotels.
