Qatar Airways opens 3 new lounges

Qatar Airways has opened 3 new lounges at Hamad International Airport in Doha. These are a Platinum, Gold, and Silver lounge. These lounges are intended for Privilege Club members and Oneworld partners of Qatar Airways. The CEO of Qatar Airways, Akbar Al Baker, intends to take Qatar Airways’ service and quality to a higher level. Oneworld partners may also take advantage of these lounges.

3 different lounges

The Platinum Lounge is for Platinum members and Oneworld Emerald card holders. This lounge is equipped with a quiet area, a prayer room, bar, restaurant and showers.

The gold lounge is for gold members and Oneworld Saphire card holders. This lounge is equipped with a bar, showers and spacious seating. Members may bring a guest into this lounge. The guest does not have to be a member.

The silver lounge is for silver members. This lounge is located in Hall B (the other 2 are in Hall A). This is the largest lounge and has large seats, a restaurant and a meeting room.
