Etihad Airways flies for the first time on Tel Aviv
Last Monday, Etihad Airways operated the first passenger flight from Abu Dhabi to Tel Aviv. This makes Etihad Airways the first airline from the Gulf region to fly to Israel. The flight to Tel Aviv was carried out as part of a travel trade mission. On board were travel agents, journalists and business decision-makers.
Diplomatic links
At the insistence of the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Israel recently concluded an agreement. The two countries have entered into diplomatic relations with each other. As a result, tourism has also started between the two countries. In anticipation of the situation, Etihad Airways has already opened a website in Hebrew. Israel has also concluded an agreement with Bahrain. El Al recently flew with a delegation from Israel to Manama, the capital of Bahrain.
