Eurowings resumes flights from Dusseldorf Airport

Eurowings will operate more flights from Dusseldorf Airport. Lufthansa’s low-cost airline will fly to holiday destinations again. Until now, Eurowings only flew within Germany and the absolute minimum. In the course of this month, a number of destinations will be resumed each week. This includes a number of popular holiday destinations.

More flights

Since last March, Eurowings mainly operated domestic flights in Germany. This was mainly done from Dusseldorf Airport, Hamburg Airport, Cologne/Bonn Airport and Stuttgart Airport. In addition to the domestic flights in Germany, a number of large European cities were also flown in. Eurowings is part of the Lufthansa Group. Lufthansa recently announced that it will gradually increase its flights again this month. This is a direct consequence of the relaxation of the corona measures within Europe.

The expansion from Dusseldorf Airport is as follows. Eurowings will gradually resume the following destinations: Barcelona, Berlin, Budapest, Catania, Hamburg, Ibiza, London, Mallorca, Manchester, Milan, Naples, Olbia, Prague, Rome, Salzburg, Sylt, Thessaloniki, Vienna and Zurich.

Cologne/Bonn Airport will resume flights to the following destinations: Bastia, Berlin, Edinburgh, Hamburg, Kavala, Lisbon, Mallorca, Munich and Zagreb.
