Iberia uses Airbus A330 for cargo transport

Iberia is going to deploy an Airbus A330-300 for cargo transport. The Spanish airline has completely converted an A330-300 to be able to carry out cargo flights in this way. Iberia is responding to the growing demand for cargo transport. Normally, the Airbus A330-300 is used for long passenger flights. Due to travel restrictions, Iberia has decided to convert an Airbus A330-300 to carry cargo.

Demand for cargo transport is increasing

According to sales director María Jesús López Solas, demand for freight transport will continue to rise. This is an opportunity that Iberia is seizing with both hands. By converting the Airbus A330-300, 18,000 kilos of extra cargo can be carried on board.
