La Palma Airport is located near the capital Santa Cruz de La Palma, it takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the city center. By LP-5 from the north and LP-2 from the south you can reach the airport by car. Another option is public transport. There are busses to Santa Cruz de La Palma. Bus 500 runs every half hour to and from La Palma Airport. On the way the bus stops at Los Cancajos, a popular destination for tourists. It is also possible to rent a taxi that will take you from the airport to your destination and vice versa.
